How Kaviora Technologies handles information submitted through this website.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Controller and contact

The controller is KAVIORA TECHNOLOGIES SHPK (NUIS/NIPT M61628038K), Rruga Muhedin Llagani, Kompleksi Square 21, Shkalla 3, Ap. 11, Tiranë, Albania. Privacy contact: hello@kaviora.tech.

Data, purposes and legal bases

If the contact form is enabled, we process the name, work contact, company and message you choose to submit in order to answer the enquiry, take requested pre-contract steps and keep an appropriate business record. Required fields are marked and optional fields may be left blank.

Hosting and security providers may process limited request data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and diagnostic events to deliver and protect the website. The legal bases are requested pre-contract steps, legal obligations and Kaviora's legitimate interests in secure, reliable business communications. We do not use this website to infer sensitive characteristics or send marketing without a separate lawful basis.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Data may be accessed by authorised Kaviora personnel, professional advisers, competent authorities, and contracted hosting, security and email-delivery providers acting for Kaviora. We do not sell personal data.

Where a provider processes data outside Albania and no adequacy basis applies, Kaviora uses an applicable approved transfer safeguard. Enquiries are kept only while needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations or establish legal claims; technical logs expire under provider security schedules.

Concept Studio

If you request a Concept Studio preview, Kaviora processes your name, business or project name, email and/or phone number, brief, selected visual direction, consent record, concept reference and technical anti-abuse information to create the requested preview, record the resulting lead, respond and protect the service from misuse. A valid email or phone number and consent are required before generation.

The brief, business or project name, selected direction, optional colour and an anonymous concept reference are sent to Kaviora's contracted AI infrastructure to generate a structured concept. Your email and phone number are not included in the AI request. In the initial release, an optional PNG, JPEG or WebP logo is processed only in your browser for display and colour selection and is not uploaded to Kaviora or the AI provider.

The generated preview is a discussion concept, not a quotation, finished product or delivery commitment. Kaviora receives an email record linking the successful preview to its concept reference and your supplied contact details. An essential browser cookie limits repeated free generation for 24 hours; provider and security logs expire under the applicable operational schedules. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information or material you are not authorised to use.

Recruitment and CVs

If you use the careers form, Kaviora processes the identity and contact details, area of interest, optional profile or portfolio link, introduction, consent record and PDF CV you choose to submit in order to assess your application and contact you about it. Do not include special-category or other sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary and lawful for the role.

The application is delivered to Kaviora through contracted website-hosting and email-delivery providers and is available only to authorised people involved in recruitment. The website does not publish the CV or save it as a public file. Kaviora retains recruitment information only for the active selection process and any period required for legal claims or obligations; separate permission will be requested before keeping it for unrelated future opportunities where required.

Rights and complaints

Subject to Albanian law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and information; object to legitimate-interest or direct-marketing processing; and withdraw any consent. We normally respond within 30 days, extendable by up to 60 additional days for complex or numerous requests with notice. Contact hello@kaviora.tech; identity verification may be required.

You may complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP), Rruga “Abdi Toptani”, Nd. 5, Tiranë 1001, at idp.al. Contacting Kaviora first is welcome but does not limit that right.

Security and changes

Kaviora uses access controls, encrypted transport, input validation, secret separation and provider security controls appropriate to this website. No online service is risk-free. Material policy changes will be identified by a new date and, where required, a separate notice or consent choice.
